Customizable RFID Based Car Parking Access Revenue Control System

V32-810F Pay at Exit is a TCP/IP based Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS) for managing pay-at-exit facilities, for both temporary users and regular users. Temporary users take a RFID card at entry, while regular users swipe RFID card to get access to the car park. It is ideal parking solution for car parks such as shopping center, airport, hotel, CBD and residential community etc.

How does Parking Revenue Control System works---For temporary users (Visitors)

» A temporary user drives his car to entrance, the car triggers Loop Coil of Entry Station
» He gets an EM-ID or Mifare-IC card from Entry Station
» Entry barrier gate automatically opens, and then closes automatically after the vehicle passed
» The temporary user drives to the payment station at exit, and pass the card to the cashier
» The cashier validate the card, payment details will be shown on the screen of exit station

» The visitor pays cash for parking, then the cashier open the exit barrier for him
» Exit barrier closes automatically after the vehicle passed

How does RFID Based Parking System works---For regular users (Members)

» A regular user drives his car to the entrance, the car triggers loop coil of Entry Station
» He shows proximity card to the card reader which is built-in Entry Station
Or long range RFID tag on windshield was detected by long range RFID Reader
» Boom barrier opens automatically, and then closes automatically after the vehicle passed

» Same will be happening at exit

Customizable Parking Rate

The software provides several customized charging standards, each comprises of several sub items such as free time, charging rates during different periods, charging fee during the night etc. Customized charging standards matches all your charging requirements.
Customizable Screen & Voice Prompt

The entry & exit station can be equipped with 7 inch TFT screen on which detailed operation and system info. are simply and friendly shown. Voice Prompt gives a warm-hearted welcome and operation guide to parkers. Both screen and voice prompt can be customized.
Proximity card or long range RFID

This RFID parking system can handle all types of card, no matter of proximity card (EM-ID or Mifare-IC) or long range RFID tag. Reading distance for proximity card is around 5~10cm, while for long range RFID tag is 3~15m
Report Helps you Increase Sales

Dashou report gives you access to all datas such as turnover, number of parking customers, etc., for single or multple facilities. Reports helps you understand how to improve the operation quality and therefore increase your sales, as well as for your internal auditing, and to analyze customers behavior to steer the development of customized products.
